Caitlin Lawrence
Co-Director | Business Intelligence
Caitlin started her career as a freshwater ecologist, with a passion for science communication, business strategy, and measurable evaluation methods. After successfully running a non-profit organisation based on community engagement, she decided to expand her skillset into governance principals, internal communication, and business intelligence, and co-founded Evoke Strategy.
Caitlin has a bachelor’s in environmental science, specialising in Geographical Information Systems, and training in Power BI, Project and Agile Management, Leadership and Good Governance Principals, as well as Risk Mitigation Strategies. Caitlin has presented at several National educational, business, and environmental Conferences, and is a skilled facilitator.

Jasmin Maiden
Co-Director | Communications and Engagement
With extensive experience in community engagement across not-for-profit and government sectors, Jasmin combines her background in project management, science communications, resource publishing, and UX design to deliver innovative strategies. She specialises in bridging community needs with effective government and business communication.
Jasmin has led the creation and delivery of science education resources and community-focused media that align with organisational goals and values. Her work delivers accessible, equitable, and impactful design that resonates with diverse audiences.
